Shipping Policy

At ebarza, we deliver furniture, decor, lighting, rugs, wall panels and home interior products across the UAE and selected GCC countries.

UAE Delivery

We offer delivery across the UAE.

  • Free delivery across the UAE for orders above AED 1,000, except during sale periods or where otherwise stated.
  • AED 70 delivery charge applies for orders below AED 1,000.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, order size, delivery location and installation requirements.
  • Some items may show a specific delivery timeline on the product page, such as pre-order items or made-to-order items.

Delivery Time

For available in-stock products, ebarza aims to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. Delivery timing depends on the item, location and schedule availability.

If a product has a special delivery timeline, pre-order period or extended lead time, this will be shown on the product page or communicated by our team before delivery.

GCC Delivery

We deliver to selected GCC countries outside the UAE.

For GCC orders, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and volume of the shipment. The final shipping cost will appear at checkout before payment.

Please note that for GCC orders, ebarza provides delivery only. Fixing and installation services are not included for GCC deliveries.

Delivery Charges

  • UAE orders above AED 1,000: Free delivery
  • UAE orders below AED 1,000: AED 75 delivery charge.
  • GCC orders: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on shipment weight and volume.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including building name, villa or apartment number, street, area, emirate or city, and contact number.

If the address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed.

Access and Site Readiness

Before delivery, please make sure that the delivery location is ready and accessible.

  • Building access, elevator access and parking should be available where needed.
  • Staircase, doorway and corridor sizes should be checked before ordering large furniture items.
  • The customer is responsible for confirming that the item can fit into the property before delivery.
  • If special permissions are required from building management, the customer should arrange them before delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, missing items or delivery issues, please inform the delivery team immediately and contact ebarza customer support.

Keep the original packaging if you need to request a return or exchange, as return conditions may require the item to be in its original packaging and condition.

Failed Delivery or Rescheduling

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, access is restricted, or the location is not ready, the delivery may need to be rescheduled.

Additional delivery or rescheduling charges may apply depending on the situation.

Installation

Installation availability depends on the product type and delivery location.

For GCC orders outside the UAE, ebarza does not provide fixing or installation. Delivery only is provided.

Payment for GCC Orders

For GCC orders, we accept credit card and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available for GCC orders.
