اختبار اللباد

تدار شهادة LGA من قبل المنظمة الألمانية TÜV Rheinland AG ، وهي مزود عالمي للخدمات الفنية والسلامة وإصدار الشهادات ومقرها في كولونيا بألمانيا. يتحقق الاختبار من امتثال المرتبة لمعيار DIN EN 1957. يتعامل معيار DIN EN 1957 مع الأداء الوظيفي للاستخدام المنزلي للمرتبة.

يتم إجراء الاختبار عن طريق وضع قوة قدرها 1400 نيوتن (حوالي 150 كيلوغرامًا) على المرتبة وتمشيط المرتبة 60،000 مرة. يهدف هذا الاختبار إلى محاكاة الاستخدام المنزلي العادي للمرتبة بأكثر من مناسبة.

يتم إجراء الاختبار أعلاه لتقييم المرتبة في أربع فئات:

• تغيير في ارتفاع المرتبة
• تغيير في صلابة المرتبة بعد 30000 جلطة
• تغيير في صلابة المرتبة بعد الاختبار
• تغيير عامل مرونة المرتبة

• BS 6807:2006 (Methods of test for assessment of the ignitability of mattresses, upholstered divans, and upholstered bed bases with flaming types of primary and secondary sources of ignition)

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®

This test is done by the International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile Ecology (Oeko-Tex) with headquarters in Zurich (Switzerland).  STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is an independent product label for all types of textiles tested for harmful substances – from yarns and fabrics to the ready-to-use items that you can buy in the shops. this test, therefore, offers extensive and reliable safety for every tested product without sacrificing the desired functions and the usual quality.
