The design of this  platform sofa is minimal and sleek with clean lines. A modernist 3 . One of the intriguing differences you will find in the design of this Sofa is the expansive wood platform that literally suspends the sofa from the surface of the floor. Originating from the concept of a tree house, the sofa is substantial in dimension and created from solid varnished but unstained ash timbers in their natural color. This hefty architectural element features a specific lean back angle pitch and spans the front, the sides, underneath and artistically extends upwards supporting a significant portion of the back.  The wooden platform is a solid and architecturally stunning element from all angles allowing you to place the sofa at any location in the room. The 2 individual midcentury modern seat cushion design feature a multi-density foam core but you may notice they are plump and amply overstuffed with down feathers. A richly comfortable seating experience results from such a streamlined mid-century modern design.  From the wood frame, to the down stuffed cushions to the stitching of the upholstery, the Secrete sofa is crafted entirely by hand.
